Inspiring Young People through Music for Life

The Leicester-Shire Music and Cultural Trust is a registered Charity, (Registered Charity Number 1163682), set up in 2015 to work alongside Leicestershire Music (LM) and the Leicestershire Music Hub (LMH). Our aim is to access additional funds that in the first instance will:

• Further improve Musical Opportunities and Aspiration for children and young people in our City and County.
• Provide greater financial support for musical events and both instrumental learning and purchases.

We are already working to improve musical opportunities for those aged between 5 and 18 living in Leicester and Leicestershire through;

• Helping with Grants, Bursaries and Scholarships towards students' tuition, training and equipment expenses, to enable greater access and provision for more young people to continue making music.
• Raising funds and applying for grants to better support young people with their music.
